【브레이크뉴스 대구】이성현 기자=대구보건대학교(총장 남성희) 인당뮤지엄은 6일 밀양시 단장면에 위치한 인당뮤지엄 분관 보현박물관에서‘보건과 건강을 향해 함께 떠나는 여행...ing’을 주제로 기획전을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이번 전시는 대한민국역사박물관이 주관하는 근현대사박물관협력망 지원사업 일환으로 국민건강증진을 위해 노력하는 보건의료인들의 역할과 보건과 건강에서 개인과 사회 간 유기적 관계의 중요성을 되짚어보고자 마련됐다.

기획전에서는 1950~1970년대 근대 교과서 속 보건을 중심으로 한 전시작품을 통해 전염병, 위생상태, 방역활동 등 그 당시의 보건위생의 인식과 대처법 보여준다. 전시유물은 근대 국민학교 교과서, 잡지 등을 비롯하여 보건의료용품, 위생용품 등 총 100여점이 전시됐다.

전시일정은 11월 6일부터 내년 3월 31일까지로 무료로 진행된다. 전시 관람은 시간대별 관람객 분산과 안전한 거리두기를 위해 1일 전 사전 예약제로 실시한다. 자세한 사항은 인당뮤지엄 홈페이지에서 확인 가능하다.

인당뮤지엄 석은조 관장은“팬데믹으로 인해 보건위생의 패러다임이 대전환을 맞이하는 시점에서 과거에서부터 현재까지의 보건·위생의 변화를 살펴봄으로써 보건의 중요성을 다시 한 번 깨닫는 소중한 시간이 될 것”이라며“이번 전시에서는 시각장애인을 위한 점자 도록과 리플렛을 제작하고 다양한 체험프로그램을 마련해 장애인과 비장애인 모두가 보건과 건강이라는 주제로 소통할 수 있는 장이 되길 바란다”고 말했다.

한편 보현박물관은 교내 보현연수원 내 위치해 있으며, 지하 1층 지상 2층 건물로 조각공원과 잔디광장, 분수대 등을 조성하여 연수원 이용객과 영남지역 주민에게 문화적 향유와 질 높은 문화 서비스를 제공하고 있다.
